Ongoing Monthly Packages
Ongoing monthly drive-by exterior and interior inspection and front maintenance, with report and photos emailed to you, is available in the greater Tucson area and Green Valley, outlying areas such as Nogales, Tubac, Sahuarita, Benson, Sierra Vista, Vail, Avra Valley, Rio Rico, Tombstone, Douglas, etc. will include a mileage surcharge. Winter Residents Special
Once a week inspections: $85
Every other week inspections: $60
Once a month inspections: $40
- Visual check of the exterior;
- Sweeping, cleaning up any debris;
- Collecting mail, newspapers, unsolicited flyers, etc., from mailbox or yard;
- Checking windows and doors for storm damage or vandalism;
- Changing your automatic light timer settings to give your home a “lived-in” look;
- Resetting thermostat as necessary;
- Checking for pests (insects, rodents);
- Running water in sinks, tubs, and toilets;
- Checking plumbing, roof, appliances, etc.;

Two weeks (ten to fourteen days): four inspections, two each week, with one being within two days of departure and one being within 24 hours of arrival home: $50
One week (four to seven days): three inspections, with one being within one day of departure and one being within 24 hours of arrival home: $40
Weekend: two inspections, with one being the day of departure and one being the day of arrival home: $30

Additional Services
We offer a variety of additional services. If there is something you need that you don't see here, just ask us!
Coordinating and monitoring repairs and contractor-provided maintenance, $30/hour, one-hour minimum.
Pet care: fresh food and water, exercise, grooming, cleaning up after, $30 per day, up to three pets.
Plant care: watering, weed-spraying, etc.: price varies depending on needs. E-mail for rates.
Pool care: $10-$30 per week. Ongoing monthly chemicals-only service, $50 with ongoing house watch service. Ongoing monthly cleaning and chemical service, $85 with ongoing house watch service.
Our welcome-back service prepares your home for your return by reactivating utilities, removing furniture covers, and maid service, $120, plus cost of food to restock refrigerator and pantry (from your list).
