We offer a wide variety of services which you can customize to fit your individual needs and desires. From the most basic service level to the most comprehensive, from short term to long term needs, you can choose the options you require. Monthly or one-time service includes:
Drive-by exterior inspection and photos:
- Visual check of the exterior;
- Photos for your review.
We can also take care of the front yard:
- Cleaning up any debris;
- Collecting mail, newspapers, unsolicited flyers, etc., from mailbox or yard;
- Checking windows and doors for signs of tampering.
With interior check and review we will thoroughly inspect the interior of your home, including:
- Changing your automatic light timer settings to give your home a “lived-in” look;
- Checking windows and doors for storm damage or vandalism;
- Checking for pests;
- Running water in sinks, tubs, and toilets;
- Checking for plumbing problems, roof leaks, etc.
We also provide additional services:
- Coordinating and monitoring landscape, pool, cleaning, exterminator, and other contractor-provided services;
- Pet care (feeding, cleaning up after, basic grooming, exercise);
- Plant care: indoor and/or outdoor (watering, weed-spraying);
- Pool care (adding water when needed, chemical check, cleaning, removing storm debris);
- Welcome Back services: reactivating utilities, removing furniture drapes, restocking refrigerator and pantry from your list.

- Reports and photos will be available for you via e-mail.
